Shipping Policy
We deliver all over Pakistan. Choose the option that works best for you at checkout.

Orders are processed and handed off for delivery shortly after they are placed. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Return & Refund Policy
You can return your rug within 3 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the rug must be properly packaged and shipped back to us in the condition it was received.
- If the return is due to a defect or fault on our end, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is not related to a defect, such as a change of mind or incorrect size, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once your returned rug is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued using the same method your order was paid with.
Please note: Returns outside the 3-day window cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your rug as soon as it arrives.
Privacy Policy
When you place an order, we collect basic information such as your name, address, phone number, and email. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order, it is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our site may use cookies to help your browsing experience run smoothly, such as remembering items in your cart. These cookies are temporary and are deleted, they are not stored or used to track you beyond your visit.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. Online payments are processed securely and used only to complete your order.
